Port Macquarie is located on the northern New South Wales coast, about 390 kilometres north of Sydney.   5. The beautiful and natural surroundings of the town lend themselves perfectly to bushwalking of all descriptions. Kooloonbung Creek Nature Park has some very popular marked trails.
